Most frames are spray painted with a matching color, sealed so the resin doesn't leak out the front of the frame, then design created, stones added (optional) and resin laid.

NOTES
I hand sand the edges of the frames, paint, seal, then design the piece. Each color is hand selected using only the best and most glorious colors that I have acquired through my 12 years in business.
Each piece takes several weeks, sometimes up to a month, depending how many layers due to the curing time. Each piece will have its own unique, handmade nuances.
